I was off today for MLK day. Surprisingly I did not get called in all this weekend. I am very happy for that. Still feeling sick, but I had to go out and clean the side walks of snow. Ended up getting around 4+ inches. Went out and got dinner and more dayquil. We watched Machete it was awesome.Great action and it really was just like those old Grind house flicks. Not sure if I will go to work tomorrow think I might need to go to the doctor since my sore throat seems to be coming back.

Called in sick today, just a cold. I been coughing and generally just feeling bad. I've spent most of the day in my lounge chair covered in blankets and cats. Started working on the third season of The Big Bang Theory. Saw Wil Weaton's first appearance on the show as evil Wil Weaton. Very funny.

Have really felt like doing much all weekend. I think I'm coming down with something. Took some cold and flu drug will sleep now.

LJ is back up. I'm still sick, but better than I was.

Well it took its time but it finally found me. Tried calling in sick today but my boss told me that the Tacan wasn't working. So I went in fixed it and did some preventative maintenance that was due and then left at about 11am. The rest of the day I've been lazing about and coughing and shivering with fever.

My Pulp order came in today. Started getting those new reprinted double books of the Shadow and Doc Savage that are being published by Nostalgia Ventures. I actually ordered them from Amazon and Adventure House. If you like Pulps Adventure house has a lot of them. Think I'll get in bed and start reading some pulpy goodness.
