RIP Mike Wallace
It's funny hearing that Mike Wallace died today has struck a cord with me. For many years I always thought of him as the best reporter on television he had a no nonsense style that really cut through the BS of the people he interviewed and he wasn't afraid to ask the tough questions either.
I really hope someday we can get more like him to ask the tough questions with less grandstanding and to dig for the truth. To me that is what journalism is missing now. We need less drama and more truth. Sometimes the truth is boring but it really needs to be said.
