[Error: unknown template qotd]Regrets are really something that I don't allow in my life. Regrets are the past and I'm all about the present and the future. I look to the past not with regret but with nostalgia. I laugh at my mistakes and remember to not repeat them, grieve for loved ones gone and I continue to move forward with my life.
I used to regret about things in my youth I really was obsessive about it. Until I realized that I was wasting a lot of time. I may be methodical and over think things but I will not regret my life decisions for they are what have made me who I am.

[Error: unknown template qotd]Optimist much more than I used to be. As a youth I was more of a pessimist always looking on the gloomy side of things but as a grew older and learned how the world worked I mellowed and became more optimistic. Not completely but I have a better opinion of humanity now than I did then.

Pretty much just Christmas. As a child it was Christmas but we didn't go to church or anything like that. For us it was a time, of family and presents, very few religious overtones, I think of our selves during that time as media Christians. For awhile we called ourselves pagans and it was Yule for us which for me wasn't much of a change. I mean what was Christmas but a converted pagan festival. A few years back we joined the catholic church and to me Christmas changed some we still had our tree and presents but we added things like Advent wreaths, a greater sense of community and other stuff like that. I guess it just gave it a little more meaning. Also I get to sing carols in the choir which I do enjoy.

As much as it would be nice to say yes I do believe its no. Human nature being what it is won't allow us to be peaceful creatures. Will things get better for humanity? Yes but only after long struggles.

Being that it was really my first exposure to online communities and it has allowed me to get over some of my fears of sharing with people on the internet. It's funny I've been around computers for years and have seen people text and chat online for years but whenever I tried I would just sort of freeze up. I think its because I'm embarrassed about my terrible spelling and I didn't want to inflect it on anyone else. I'm fine when I have the time to edit myself but trying to do it quickly is hard. The new software on phones have helped me greatly and it has certainly made it easier to get my ideas across to other people.

Crime pays
Do you think that criminals should be able to profit from selling their memoirs, after serving jail time?

No I don't. Any money they make should go to the victims of the crimes they committed. Until that debt is repaid they should get very little of the profits.

[Error: unknown template qotd] I guess that would be bear. An uncle of mine brought some to a family gathering years ago. The only thing I remember about it was that it tasted pretty good.

If you had to choose, what couple from TV, cinema, or literature, would you choose as your parents?

Morticia and Gomez Addams. As a kid growing up in the 60's and 70's they were the ultimate in fun parents. They would let their kids do just about anything. With a house full of the carnivorous plants, exploding trains and all sorts of wonderful fun stuff in the house to play with.

What was your childhood dream? Did you ever accomplish it?

I always wanted to be an astronaut. Nope, the closest I got was visiting the Kennedy Space Center while in the Air Force.
